For the staff working at an Optus Call Centre, their days are spent fielding complaints from frustrated, dissatisfied and even sometimes abusive customers.
Studies show that 82%* of workers feel that work stress gives them physical pain and tension.
The two Optus Call Centre's in Sydney and Melbourne did not want to be part of this alarming trend.
They decided to do something to make sure that their staff, who had to deal with all kinds of stress from clients, wouldn't take that bad energy home and carry it to work with them for the rest of the week.
They called in the 3 Minute Angels for a heavenly day filled with 'Halo' massages and laughter.
It was a very successful day for all involved, and the Sydney and Melbourne branch of Optus knew how to make their staff invigorated and refreshed and ready to tackle the challenges of the day.
